• Manage daily operational requests (COD, whether partners are speeding up)
• Providing slots killed per OOGs.
• OOG, Dangerous Goods and flexi-tank approval
• Estimate round voyage costing
• Monitoring bunker consumption of vessels – Bunker consumption in port & at sea
• Monitoring number of cranes for each port provided by agents.
• Monitoring vessel reports and ensure all is in order
• Follow up on malfunction reefers and ensure all concerned parties are notified
• Attend to all masters’ request
• Manage & resolve any operational matters in timely manner
• Ensure Local billing are in order and claims are recovered accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Maritime Studies / Logistics & Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in vessel operations
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of working on Seacos/Macs3
• Should have experience in planning 4000-5000teu vessel with multiport loading.
• Conversant with IMDG Code
• Conversant with Port Net
• Working Knowledge of Excel / Pivot
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
