• A bachelor's degree in journalism, English, literature, communications, creative writing, or a similar discipline.
• A master's degree is preferable.

• Ability to remain resilient and work well under pressure as this role must deliver high-quality communications under tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.

• Define the vison for the Malaysia team and help grow the tech practice in the business unit.
• Continue to grow the business unit revenue by securing and negotiating new business and maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor the team including appraisals, performance reviews and trainings.
• Ensure all client work and projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to develop, implement and analyse the company’s strategic growth plans.
• Take steps to improve bottom line, identify savings and opportunities for new revenue generation.
