Measures of success –
In three months:

• Be conversant with Agencies/GroupM’s Legal / Finance Structure
• Support monthly actual, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting exercise in partnership with stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day finance/commercial activities of Agencies /GroupM

Responsibilities of the role:

Act as a Business Partner to One or Multiple Trading/Investment/Special units/Agencies/Regional Business

• As an advisor to CEO/MD, Business Leaders, Management team and Client Leads.
• Ensure sustainable and profitable growth of trading/investment/special units & agency/ies
• Ensure the overall Financial health – Revenue, Cost, Profitability etc
• Build out a strong commercial, financial and operational processes for agencies and GroupM
• Tracking agency/ies P&L delivery, Client Profitability
• Fee negotiation with vendors and clients

• Cash Management and treasury, to ensure Forex risks and collections are able to meet operational needs.
• Review and manage Net Working Capital

Provide financial support to GroupM Trading/Investment Team

• Consolidate, monitor, review and analysis Trading/Investment/Special Units, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly budgets/reforecast

Governance, Compliance, Risk & Reporting

• Ensure all contacts, client, vendors, etc, are approved, signed and filed
• Risk and corporate governance management
• Ensure Compliance and develop initiatives to maximise yields
• Working with internal and external auditors, ensuring SOX/ICFR compliance
• Partnering with Finance Director on overall SOX/ICFR requirement
• Ensure that all management reports submitted within deadline

Job Description

The Director, Product Management will be responsible for the technical and commercial development of Visa’s Flexible Credentials approach in AP, working in collaboration with Global Product Management to deliver an integrated, digital payment experience for consumers enabling multiple funding sources, and payment modes including, Debit, Credit, Prepaid, Instalments, Loyalty points and more besides, to be linked together in a single digital-first experience. New, digital user experiences will be delivered as part of our overall “Modern Credential” concept which seeks to additionally incorporate easy-to-use, mobile-based payment account management and control. The Director will also work closely with the Solution Commercialization group to develop and execute a rigorous go-to-market (GTM) plan to deploy new Flex Credential propositions across Asia Pacific as well as gather new requirements and form a product development roadmap to meet client and consumer needs in the region.

Reporting to the SD, Modern Credentials in AP, as part of the Consumer Solutions group, the Director will be a key, visible product leader in the region and as such will need to provide thought leadership, subject matter expertise, management of direct and indirect reports as well as rigorous process and budget management experience to the role.

Visa has launched the first generation of Flex Credentials in AP and is committed to proliferating seamless, multi-account, digital access to payments via mobile form factors. • Develop integrated campaigns and events that service a number of different audiences including (but not limited to) creative agencies, media agencies, marketing verticals (gaming, automotive, consumer, etc.), small to large sized businesses, and our global sales organization.
• Deliver compelling visuals that are delightful, beautiful, and clear with a high level of finish and polish across a variety of mediums (print, video, interactive, presentation) and across a suite of styles (campaign design, brand marks, illustrations, icons, photography).
• Create in situ mockups, video storyboards.
• Create high fidelity wireframes and provide design specifications necessary to guide the development of digital experiences.
• Create visual identity systems that can scale across various physical and digital surfaces for events.
• Source stock photographs and videos.
• Influence peers and managers and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguity.
• Communicate and sell your concepts and designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with creative partners and stakeholders to ensure creative output conforms to a cohesive visual brand, style, voice, and tone.
• Select production partners to execute, produce and scale your campaign ideas.
• Direct and provide design consult to directors, photographers, production crew, illustrators and external vendors and agencies to help guide their work.
• Work closely with web developers and project managers to ensure a successful handoff on digital experiences.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Art Director, Associate Creative Director at a digital agency, advertising agency, digital skew agency or an in-house team,
• Knowledge and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Ability to design motion graphics with basic animation capabilities.
• Experience designing for Print, Web, Responsive, and Mobile
• Presentation skills with working proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote
• Experience in conceptualizing ideas from ideation to launch and developing creative assets across social media platforms.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
