Job Responsibilities:

• To assist engineers in job scheduling and coordinate filed service attendances locally and overseas
• Communicate with Marine- & Offshore customers and manage Engineers attendance on board Ships at Singapore Anchorage, Ports and Ship Yards.
• Maintain engineer’s service attendance schedule
• Updating and compiling of service reports, invoice preparations
• Customer & Crane Data maintenance
• Other field service-related coordination and admin duties

Responsibilities:

A. Customer Service

1. Process Customer Orders

- Prepare sales order, purchase order and delivery order.

- Request for product samples.

2. Follow up with customer on order forecast/update delivery status

- Tracking document, sales report (CS Verification).

3. Handle customer enquiries/feedback (via email, attend to phone calls).

B. Shipping and Logistics

1. Shipping arrangements

- Prepare container cubing list.

- Liaise with forwarders for booking of continers and trucking arrangements.

- Ensure shipping documents are complete (from affiliates/working partner).

- Prepare shipping documents.

- Assist in cost control: freight rates comparison and provide monthly updates to management.

- Negotiate with forwarders to get the best rates.

2. Delivery arrangements

- Coordinate with working partners on delivery arrangements.

- Check delivery schedule to ensure delivery is on time.

- Understand transportation cost and plan schedule to maximize profit.

3. Inventory planning and forecast.

C. Sales/Accounts Support

1. Billing - prepare invoice, prepare documents for submission to Accounts Dept.

2. Prepare purchase invoice, A/P and A/R.

3. Prepare RFQ and sales quotations.

4. Prepare sales reports for sales team as needed.

5. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior/manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Autocount System: order process, accounting, inventory, generating reports such as sales report, sales by agent, monthly sales analysis and customer data history.

2. Proficient in Microsoft application.

3. Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Malay with both internal and external stakeholders in Southeast Asia and China.

Overview

This position will be responsible for customer experience and brand communication at HMGICS. Responsibilities include content development, KPI monitoring, manpower planning, event coordination, program leadership, budget management, executive reporting, and CSR drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the concept of brand communication content at HMGICS center to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and customer expectations.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the space operation, ensuring measurable success in customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Strategically plan and allocate manpower for operation across brand experience, F&B, and Test Drivers to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and execute ad-hoc event operations for various groups including visitors, media, key opinion leaders (KOL), and VIPs, ensuring seamless experiences and brand representation.
• Lead the development and implementation of seasonal experiential programs to enhance visitor engagement and loyalty.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities for the CX Space, including digital, offline ads, and PR management, to effectively communicate brand values and attract target audiences.
• Manage monthly and annual budgets, ensuring prudent allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Report to C-level executives in Singapore and Headquarters, providing strategic insights and updates on customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in marketing or brand communications, preferably with exposure to EV-related projects.
• Strong experience in the automotive scene and space marketing.
• Proven experience in customer experience management, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Korean languages to communicate with C-level Executives and staff based in Singapore and Headquarters.
