Purpose

Senior Service Team Leader will be assisting in the management of lobby operations.

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

• Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
• Handle difficult visitors and situations and execute service recovery.
• Responsive to emergency situations in the main lobby.
• Conduct regular audits on service, productivity, accuracy and safety to ensure compliance to organization’s guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct competency and confirmation assessments.
• Contribute to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Manage in roster planning and daily deployment.
• Lead the team in continuous service improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in hospitality or front-line customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language
• Able to work weekends, public holidays.
• Comfortable to work 2 rotating shifts (morning & afternoon)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vessel's Agent for delivery to vessel and other local warehouse
• Preparation of delivery documents
• Handles data Entry to play the delivery
• Liaise with Warehouse for order picking and cargo readiness
• Assist and liaise with Customers on their Adhoc requirements
• Other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned by superior
• Knowledge and Experience in Freight is an advantage

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to troubleshoot, overhaul,and repair the main type of turbocharger i.e., MAN, ABB, MITSUBISHI, KBB and etc.
• Perform field service job as Team Leaderi.e., dismantling and assembling of TC, lifting and shifting of the TC components
• Must able to do workshop jobs i.e.,blasting of rotor, compressor wheels etc.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating Schenck Balancing Machine CAB920 for rotors
• Oversee and supervise team membersand make them understand the job scopebasis customer’s requirements.
• Must able to plan and prepare forupcoming jobs including parts,information, personal hand tools, specialOEM tools, and consumables i.e., chainblocks, rotor stands and lifting belts/ wireslings and materials required to completejob.
• Must able to communicate with thecustomer to address complaints, resolveproblems and complete work scopeswhile on-site or on board.
• Must be able to document all workperformed in detailed reports with allmeasurements and activities included.
• Execute proper risk assessment prior tostarting the job at worksite
• Maintain safe and clean workingenvironment before/during and after thejob

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum ITE Certificate.
• Minimum of 5-year relevant experience
• Technical training from Makers will be an added advantage
• Able to work during weekends and oddhours
• Able to travel overseas
• Willing to work in Tuas area
• Overtime will be as per prevailing MOM guidelines
