Summary

• Provide the day-to-day administrative support for order processing, billing and shipment for Customer Service division.
• Manage the designated customer accounts in achieving customer satisfaction and be in compliance to company’s quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Supporting, assigned tasks or back up for Customer Service peers and ensuring that the services provided to customers are of maximum satisfaction

Service Asset and Configuration Manager – Job Description

The Service Asset and Configuration Manager will support the identification, control, recording, reporting, verification, and auditing of configuration items (CIs) in a centralised Configuration Management Database (CMDB) while ensuring that processes, tools, and governance are in place and being used in accordance with the ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, communicate, maintain the IT Asset Management standards, processes, and procedures.

· Responsible for the implementation and support of the configuration management tools and systems.

· Manage asset discovery processes to ensure up to date and accurate inventory.

· Ensure that adequate governance is in place and the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) processes are being executed successfully and are performing within their KPIs.

· Ensure integration with the other IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Change and Release Management.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect panels and electrical systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.

• Ensure that electrical panels and systems meet the required standards and specifications.
• Document electrical panel specifications, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with shipyard for the installation, commissioning and testing of all electrical systems and panels.
