Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide first and second line of IT support for all users and infrastructure

1. General IT queries
2. Software/Application patching
3. Configuring laptops, mobiles, screens and printers
4. Support VIP’s in the local office
5. Setting up new users, including providing technology inductions
6. Removing employees from the system when they have left the organisation
7. Administration of Office 365, Azure, Intune and conditional access
8. Server administration tasks to file permissions etc.

• Support the wider IT team with local queries impacting the local office
• Be the eyes and ears on the ground for all IT issues
• Ensure all local IT policies and procedures are adhered to
• Complete the daily, weekly and monthly tasks including backups, procedures and reporting
• Assist with the running of procedure across a wide spectrum of IT systems
• Undertake general IT administration duties
• Help ensure IT documentation is maintained and up to date
• Provide on-call support for business critical issues
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures

Experience and Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience configuring and maintain Windows Server 2019
• Knowledge of VMWare and Hyper-V platforms
• Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Cloud services, End point management and Intune
• Good working knowledge and experience of manging backup systems
• ITIL experience would be an advantage
• Office 365 Administration qualified would be an advantage
• Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security qualified would be an advantage
• ServiceNow certified would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the Helpline
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
• Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations

• Track risk of aging issues
• Own and drive resolution and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner

Process Adherence

• Partner with stakeholders in ensuring SDM is followed
• Major incident weekly reporting
• Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.
• 15 – 20 years of hands on application support experience in the banking industry
• Experience working with MUREX or other treasury applications
• Experience in Market Data, Balance Sheet Risk & VaR
• Understanding of the model assignments, Market data, Rate curves etc.
• Experience in working technical platforms or programming languages - Unix, Oracle, Sybase, C++, and Scripting, EOD batch and control M schedulers

Experience:

• Significant experience in managing large Programme in a banking environment
• Complete understanding of support life cycle and Technology development models
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into actions that meet business objectives
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market.
• Experience in scoping and evaluation – Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
• SME/Business banking domain experience would be added advantage

Education

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform CT, MRI, X-ray and Bone Mineral Density Scan;

• Perform Mammogram;
