About This Role:-

The Senior Operations Analyst will build strong and collaborative relationships with internal business partners to support new members’ onboarding journey into AsiaNext, conduct onboarding screening check, schedule periodic customer due diligence review as well as trigger review on positive alert hit from daily AML sanction and database screening.

Responsibilites

• Conduct onboarding screening check and client due diligence review on the new member’s entity and its related persons for adverse news or PEP screening hits to establish the client risk rating. Enhanced due diligence check will be conducted for high-risk clients.
• Conduct scheduled client due diligence review on existing members based on their risk rating.
• Conduct triggered review on existing members due to screening alert hits generated from daily screening checks with the AML sanction and restriction databases.
• Work with other departments (e.g. Commercial, Compliance and Risk) to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for new members, including account setup after account opening approval.
• Update the operating standard operating procedure with new incremental processes and workflow changes in collaboration with Compliance and approval from HOD.
• Support to cover other operations tasks as may be required from the Head of Department, including Market Surveillance, trading and custody operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in banking, business or finance.

Experience and Skill

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in AML screening in the banks / securities firms / fund management industry, preferably for corporate or institutional clients.
• Familiar with regulatory AML compliance guideline and procedures in Singapore
• Good stakeholder and people management skills.
• Versatile individual who is willing to support coverage for different ops tasks as needed at times.

• Work closely with product managers to develop and mold comprehensive go-to-market strategies for products / programs over multiple years, grounded in essential competitive insights and operational metrics
• Run events, workshops, webinars and build cases for potential opportunities, and generate insightful recommendations
• Own the marketing plan to grow the community and develop the business; Build the brand and awareness of the web search & AI team product
• Craft Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and develop content for email marketing campaign; Source and develop marketing collaterals

Responsibilities:

• Degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing and events
• Experience in digital marketing – email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, marketing analytics, web search, and AI
• Experience in planning and executing events; Experience in developing a marketing strategy & plan
• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiar with design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva)
• Prior experience in customer engagement, tech market strategy or data analytics good to have
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
