The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that store displays are in accordance to guidelines and that inventory is well-replenished at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
• Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy

Operations

• Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
