IT Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate IT Executive.

Job Description

• To develop and implement IT operating procedures at Company level with provision of training to all employees.
• Responsible for managing the company’s entire network systems, including but not limiting to hardware configurations and software installations.
• Issuance of IT assets to new hires and collection IT assets
• Responsible for researching, diagnosing and troubleshooting to identify solution(s) to resolve system and/or network issues within the company.
• Act as a liaison between 3rd-party vendor and internal staff during problem escalation until issue is resolved with proper documentation.
• Coordinate warranty services and perform health checks by monitoring availability and functionality of the network systems.
• To manage and keep proper log records of IT issues for traceability and audit purposes.
• Any other relevant duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field.
• Equips with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience with extensive knowledge in computer hardware systems and familiarity in general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages and office software applications.
• Has good IT and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate project management skills, goal-oriented, and possesses strong delivery/milestone focus
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management skills, good collaborative team spirit, and a can-do attitude.

SHATEC is looking for an experienced Executive, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to join our team.

Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day level 1-2 enterprise applications, systems, end user computing support, telephony and related technology.
• Work with outsourced service provider and IT vendor for support and resolution to technical issues.
• Manage hardware and software assets or licenses, and IT-related tasks for onboarding/offboarding process.
• Ensure infrastructure, server rooms, applications, on-premise and cloud computing platforms, are operating efficiently and highly available and perform within agreed SLA.
• Work closely with teams and external service providers to ensure the security, reliability and stability of systems and services.
• Execute IT operational procedures and policies, in compliance with statutory requirements when necessary.
• Execute new initiatives, projects and enhancements to meet the needs of organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills and problem solving skills.
• Meticulous and innovative; positive work attitude and customer oriented.
• Team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in education sector.

The Role 

As the Assistant Marketing Manager at Refract Technologies, you’ll be responsible for curating engaging touch points across all outward facing channels. This role will see you flexing the full spectrum of your marketing muscles - between proposing and executing successful campaigns, defining timelines, collaborating with other internal product and corporate development teams, and getting your hands on creating all manner of marketing materials as well.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing 

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and user engagement. 
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal alignment with marketing goals. 
• Collaborate within an agile team environment to develop cohesive marketing strategies. 

Performance Marketing 

• Analyse campaign performance using metrics such as CPA, CTR, and CPC, and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency. 
• Conduct A/B testing to refine approaches for improved campaign results. 
• Efficiently manage budgets to maximize ROI and meet financial objectives. 

Conversion Optimisation 

• Analyse and optimize conversion funnels to boost sales and marketing efficiency. 
• Implement strategies to enhance funnel performance, driving increased conversions. 
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing tactics with sales goals. 

SEO and Content Production 

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. 
• Perform keyword research and optimize content for better search rankings. 

• Manage content calendars and lead the production of high-quality content, utilizing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Premier. 
• Create visually compelling marketing materials and digital content. 

Reporting and Analytics 

• Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. 
• Regularly report to management on the results and ROI of campaigns. 
• Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, continually refining marketing strategies. 

Skills and Experience Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing. 
• Proficiency in SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and content production. 
• Experience with content production tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Premier. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools. 
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team. 
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, agile environment. 

The Job

• Assist in handling companies’ general daily operations and procedures
• Assist with office errands and other ad-hoc duties as required
• Provide chauffeur services to management and team
• Car maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• Efficient with MS Office
• Valid Class 3 driving license with minimum 2 years of clean driving records, preferably with experience as a personal chauffeur.
• Safe and legal driving practices are expected at all times
