A TYPICAL DAY

The first task of the day is to look through the collections from the previous day and update the respective system while sending out receipts to parents. My other daily activities include loading up the Data Portal for daily billing and issuing invoices to parents. At certain times of the month, ad hoc billings such as rental of facilities will take place which involve me liaising with the relevant department before issuing the invoices. At the same time I will also be managing finance email queries/phone queries from parents - this is an essential task that needs to be carried out as and when necessary throughout the day. After lunch, I will follow up the collections of the different programmes and events, preparing the daily data entries in the respective systems. These daily preparations are to ensure that all finance-related data is accurate and loaded in time for mid month, month end and year end reconciliation and account closing.

Prerequisites

• At least 5 years of experience in F&B management experience in hospitality industry
• Customer oriented with high desire for service quality
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for details
• Possess good analytical skills
• Knowledge of IT preferred
• Good oral and written communication skills preferably in, English Malay and others.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast pace environment

Responsibilities

• In charge outlet during RM absence / take over shifts
• To oversee the daily operations of the outlets
• To manage and supervise a team of supervisors & service staff to ensure maximum utilization of manpower allocated
• To lead, train and motivate staff in achieving customer service excellence
• To establish operational procedures and standards to ensure service quality
• To maintain and improve the overall performance of the outlets on a regular basis including
• cost analysis and monitoring of processes
• To maximize profitability of the outlets by increasing turnover
• To be responsible for the development, active training and advancement of employees
• To be responsible for financial performance of all outlets, including profit & loss and
• implement appropriate cost control/monitoring measures
• To perform duties in the best interests of the company
• To perform any other duties / tasks assigned by superior

Job Description: Marketing & Communications Executive

We are looking for a highly driven and creative personnel to join us as Marketing & Communications Executive.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans to promote company’s branding and improve lead generation, customer retention and loyalty.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of effective corporate communication strategies.
• Manage internal communications and assist in communication of strategies or messages from management, change communications, and crisis communications.
• Develop corporate and marketing collateral and marketing campaigns, and contribute to the corporate website and social media content for public and potential clients.
• Perform incident and crisis communications in the management of issues, outbreaks and adverse publicity.
• Support overall efforts in community partnerships and CSR initiatives.
• Represent company in events and activities to enhance company’s presence in the industry.
• Manage the various communication and marketing channels and develop content across channels as well as identify emerging trends to formulate marketing strategies.
• Organise events to promote and enhance company’s branding.
• Manage customers' feedback on social media and provide support to internal teams in customer feedback management .
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management to support the business.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills, including ability to prioritise, multi-task and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
