RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the team in managing the short to medium-term funding, liquidity and sources of financial risk.

• Process payments, monitor daily cash position, manage foreign currency exposure, reconciliation and deposits with banks
• Maintain and enforce the appropriate payment policies (as per mandate)
• Provide banking transactions supporting documents to the accounting/financial team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing, including but not limited to income tax filing and IR21 clearance, CPF submission, statutory claims such as NS-MUP, government paid leaves and payroll audits.
• Checking of time attendance and roster to ensure payment of hours, including overtime are correct.
• Processing of full-time, part-time and casual labour payroll matters, payroll reconciliation, and tax documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing. Ensure timely and accurate payout and compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations.
• Processing of all leave and claims, such as Maternity Leave, Childcare leave, Medical Leave, Annual Leave, ICT leave etc.
• Prepare monthly payroll related reports and reconciliation and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
• Assist HR Manager in payroll projection during budget exercise, salary review exercise, process streamlining, payroll system change/upgrading (if any) etc.
• Work closely with Finance to reconcile monthly payroll reports and budget variance reports.
• Assist in payroll audit from external auditors.
• Support the current processes of compensation and benefits, government grants and the necessary statutory submissions such as MOM survey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Companys general ledger.
• Handle analytical review of financial statements and preparation of year end statutory accounts, preparing and maintaining audit schedules.

• Prepare and monitor funding position of assigned vessels and / or companies.
• Participate in the monthly review and financial closing process.

• Handle AP, AR, GL including monthly accounts submission
• Perform reconciliation
• Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Monthly update of loan and creating GIRO transactions
• Update of instalment payments and make reminder calls to customers
