Responsibilities

• Identify and solicit new leads and prospects through networking and cold calling.
• Prepare and conduct presentation proposals and contracts to potential customers.
• To penetrate and increase distribution of all products.
• Provide regular feedback on competitors' information, market activities, programs, and new products and maintain prospect database.

Requirements

• Min. GCE N Level
• With 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG Sales.
• With experience in handling HORECA channel will be a plus.
• Preferably with class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth within key eCommerce accounts, including negotiations on terms of sale, pricing, and online promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Conduct accurate forecasting, monitor inventory levels, and optimize inventory turnover.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on various marketplaces accounts and manage corporate website, E-commerce site and LinkedIn account.
• Utilize UX/UI design and checkout process optimization to enhance customer experience and reduce cart abandonment.
• Utilize various online marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to effectively reach target consumers.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business / Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experiences in FMCG or Retail industries
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce platforms, order management s
• ystems, and fulfillment processes.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, UX/UI design principles.
