Job Description

Safety Officer

• Formulate and update safety policies and procedures in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Executive contributes actively to the programme needs of Befriending and Respite services under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS). He/she will be involved in the planning, coordinating, and executing of programme events and activities that suit the needs of persons with intellectual and developmental needs and their families. CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that response to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. Examples of Befriending and Respite programmes include Me Too! Club, MYG, Project Bubbles, Befriending Services, and Customised Respite Care. The key vision is to reach out to the unserved and underserved, and to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

A proactive thinker, resourceful and responsible team player, he/she works closely with colleagues across MINDS to plan each programme and to guide volunteers/vendors in a smooth delivery of programme activities.
