Job Description

• Cultivate, manage, and nurture customer relationships.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and NDAs.
• Conduct fact-finding and lead generation for tenders.
• Collaborate closely with clients to address technical and commercial queries during the proposal phase.
• Negotiate contract terms that align with both client and company requirements.
• Efficiently manage your sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales progress to your immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a 90%/100% Hunter role, preferably in B2B sales, with a preference for Enterprise hardware or Tech Enterprise Equipment.
• Successful track record in selling products related to security or video management systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills. Excellent verbal communication, sales acumen, customer service, initiative, adaptability, resilience under pressure, meticulous attention to detail.
• Problem Solver: Capable of working independently while consistently meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of HR in managing full spectrum of HR admin duties, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll submission
• Work closely with respective heads of department to identify training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• Familiar with the Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax Act and other HR-related rules and regulations in Singapore

• Working days: 5.25 days // 8.30am to 5.30pm + OT, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm + OT
• Basic: $2500 to $4000 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works. In addition, you would need to manage and attend to residents/tenants’ feedback as well arrears cases.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
