We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Software Implementation Executive to join our PractoPal team. This role is crucial in ensuring successful deployment and client onboarding after sales contracts are secured and developers have completed customizations. You will be responsible for software installation, training clients, and providing both remote and onsite support to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute software installations at client sites, ensuring all customizations are correctly implemented.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and their teams to ensure effective use and understanding of PractoPal’s features and functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, both remotely and onsite, to resolve client issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth handover and installation processes.
• Maintain detailed records of implementations, training, and support activities for each client.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to escalate issues and communicate software updates.
• Provide input for improving installation processes, training materials, and customer support documentation based on client feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Send out notifications to ships about changes in navigation, port regulations, safety guidelines, training materials, and updates to documents.
• Keep track of acknowledgment receipts for notifications.
• Support in revising updates to important documents.
• Record and organize information on maritime incidents and accidents reported by vessels.

Requirements:

• Diploma in marine engineering or similar field (maritime or engineering majors are preferred)

• Maintain cashbook for transactions and perform month end reconciliation.
• Maintain fixed deposit schedule and prepare journal entries for accounting system.
• Record and maintain trade finance transactions in Excel.
• Checking on invoices for trading transactions and perform posting of invoices into accounting system.
• Prepare journal entry for accounting entries.
• Prepare quarterly management report to banks.
• Prepare GST filing and creation of GST Form 5.
• Prepare audit schedule.
• Prepare Statistic Survey from government as and when required.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
