· Accountable for 20000 Sq. Ft area of store for FMCG like Fresh Product, Bakery, Dairy Products, Home and Personal care Products & General Merchandise.
· Accountable for achieving assigned sales against the budget.
· Working on P&L & EBITDA of store and focusing towards profit to budget.
· Working on control the losses of store.
· Keep focus on Gross Margin maintained, Control on operational cost and expenditures.
· Identify the other sources of income, space selling, SIS.
· Focus on Customer, Service, People and Execution parameters.
· Perpetual Inventory as per plan and schedule.
· Ensuring about stock availability, visibility, Price and Offer communications.
· Monitoring Attrition, Manpower gap. Co-ordinate with HR and training team for timely Recruitment and Training.
· Strictly adherence of SOP
· Observe the market movement on a regular basis and refurbish plans if necessary, with a view to optimize returns.
· Monitor store’s daily banking and finance activity as per routine process and timely cash audit.
Responsibilities
· Store opening and closing as per schedule and process.
· Daily working on DSS, check daily performance reports, plan and act accordingly.
· Working on Daily, WTD, MTD and YTD performance, brainstorm with the concerned manager department/category wise.
· Ensure to proper stock consolidation, zoning, Date rotation, priority and spot fill and replenishment happening. All price communications, POP are in place.
· Working on MBQ, Inventory control, Product availability, timely Indenting, & Benchmarking with local market and competitors.
· Ensure highest level of Customer Service, Grievances, Faster Checkout, Hygiene and in store and out store ambience.
· Controlling the shrink, Dump, Markdown of store and minimize the losses
· To ensure that staff is following right processes with right way. Taking care of timely PI as per schedule and smooth operation during the PI.
· Daily briefing and discussion on goals and vision, Train and motivate to staff for the best result.
· To take a review of team KRA on daily basis and brief them about our mission and vision.
· Allocating and ensuring effective utilization of manpower.
· Store finance and Banking – Timely cash audit and monitor cash and banking activity as per process.
· Stock requirement and forecasting.
