Job Objectives:

Job Requirements

• Minimum education of High Vocational diploma in any discipline. Bachelor degree holder have an advantage.

The Purpose –

The purpose of this role is to drive growth by building and maintaining relationships with Hybrid resellers and Distributors.

The Responsibilities –

• Build and maintain relationships with key resellers and decision makers
• Collaborate with BDM, Marketing and Product Teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns for the Hybrid and long tail market.
• Build Run rate business with the selected hybrid dealer with Demo display and stock management.
• Attend conferences and trade shows to promote IT devices and establish new connections

Responsibilities

· Ability to build a team of live streamers and perform in live streaming business

· Achieve monthly sales targets

- Able to work in retail as well as live streaming for Company’s channel on Tik Tok, Dou ying, XHS etc.

- Write short captions and blogs to be posted on China platforms

- To post daily on China social media platforms

- Come up with sales plan and the products/sale mechanics

• Develop and implement sales development strategy considering TVS SCS capabilities, trade lanes and business plan to meet or exceed assigned sales targets

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead a comprehensive ERP system enhancement

project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful integration of upgrades across the

organisation’s supply chain, including procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in change management, cross-functional collaboration, risk management,

compliance, and enterprise data governance. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a

1. Technical implementation Supply Chain Processes

a. Lead the technical implementation of enhanced supply chain processes

The digital marketing performance manager holds the accountability of the overall account performance and budget utilization for a portfolio of clients and ensures that the team works cohesively in developing, maintaining and optimizing performance marketing channels. Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing, compiling and analysis of financial accounting information for the month-end/year-end closing, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Lead the annual budget exercise process, including forecasts, seasonality analysis, and regular budget tracking against expenditures.
