WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

The incumbent is responsible for development of strategies for annual activation plans, programs and initiatives together with Asia Marketing Team aiming to activate relevant nationalities in markets, gain share and maximize potential, profitability and/or brand equity as per market nationality role.

While coordinating the assigned Consumer Activation team across Asia, the incumbent has the main responsibility for the Consumer Activation management and for recommendation of actions and programs to maximize A&SP objectives. • Develop solutions to maximize the opportunity of consumer acquisition increase during new launches (RRP/RMC/ other categories), LEP and/or brand rejuvenation through traditional marketing or digital.
• Ensure effective activation mechanics with the aim of increasing JTI brands' affinity among consumers.
• Understand key market nationalities in Asia, know their drivers and preferences in order to develop effective consumer activations.

Impactful communication

• Develop with the teams relevant, impactful & consumer nationality driven communication aiming to raise brand interest by SOB consumers and reassure franchise about quality & image.
• Ensure timely implementation of activation and merchandizing plans while achieving given KPIs.
• Ensure effective and optimal usage of resources while embedding constant improvement mechanisms in daily work of the team.

Retail Sales Consultant Management

• Responsible to ensure clear, consistent Brand Communication through the best in class RSC by:
• Helping the teams in recruiting best in class Retail Sales Consultants
• Managing brand ambassador agencies, transferring centrally developed RSC program that ensures motivation, sales and consumer knowledge
• Ensuring best-in-class training including knowledge materials is available for RSC Development
• Working with Global Indirect Procurement to continuously review agencies to ensure cost efficient and highest level of service.

Marketing Budget Management

• Develop and manage assigned marketing budget process to ensure timely, consistent, and integrated delivery of marketing plans. Manage plan requirements in alignment with Global Strategies, including detailed financial planning of brand launches, LEP, communication & advertisement, brand activation, merchandizing and RSCs.
• Deliver clear and consistent plan during Annual Planning process and provide updates as required.

People management

• Direct the work of the subordinate team, recruit, motivate them and be responsible for their professional development, ensuring the effective division of responsibilities, guaranteeing the continuity of tasks, supervising the results achieved, ensuring that tasks are carried out in accordance with the potential, while meeting the needs of the company.

The Research Partnership and Grant Management Senior Manager/Manager supports both the Office of Business Development and Industry Engagement (OBI) and the Office of Grant Management in administrative, coordination and innovation efforts in the area of research partnerships and grant management at GIS.

We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to oversee the development and use of data systems in ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE-ID)

ADVANCE-ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focussed on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. It will function as an active network that involves patients in platform trials, allowing for rapid clinical research response in the event of an emerging infectious disease or pandemic threat.

The data manager should be a data expert with experience in clinical trial data management and will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Data Governance: Establishing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the organization.
• Data Collection and Integration: Designing and implementing data collection methods and processes to gather relevant information from various sources.
• Database Management: Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of databases to store and organize data efficiently. This includes database architecture, data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization
• Data Integration: Combining data from different sources into a single, unified dataset. This involves merging, consolidating, or linking data based on common data attributes or identifiers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an IT SOX Manager to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement IT SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and application data flows, and map them to existing IT General Controls ("ITGC"), IT application controls ("ITACs"), and business process controls, including identifying control gaps, documenting controls, testing operating effectiveness of controls and performing remediation of deficiencies identified.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the creation of a Risk Control Matrix to map controls to identified risks, ensure proper coverage and inventory of controls for each process, establish transparency and completeness of coverage with consideration on the controls frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27000 and CIS
• Develops, directs and leads IT SOX compliance efforts, including review and tracking of IT controls design assessments, controls validation testing, and gap remediation according to Internal Audit concepts (Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO, and/or evaluations of systems of internal control) and SEC/PCAOB/SEC guidelines
• Maintains current understanding of IT audit/technology developments and emerging risks, and proactively identify IT risks and process improvement opportunities according to company-wide initiatives and changes
• Performs SOX testwork and advice to partners on policies and procedures, system implementations, regulatory and compliance requirements, application and infrastructure updates, cybersecurity, change management, asset management, business continuity and disaster recovery, and data privacy, etc.
• Collaborates with application owners to facilitate the onboarding process, providing guidance and support through the change management process to ensure proper alignment with SOX requirements, and oversees completion of required SOC 1/2 controls assessments, inventory of End User Computing (EUC) Tools and Models
• Assists with designing and deploying audit procedures and techniques for technical / IT areas such as segregation of duties and critical access, ERP configuration controls and other related areas
• Assists application owners in understanding the associated ITGC and ITAC controls for new applications being onboarded, and coordinate and conduct controls testing to assess the effectiveness and compliance of implemented controls
• Coordinates with Internal and External Auditors to support the SOX audits and reviews

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional working experience required in IT SOX compliance, IT audit, or a similar role ; 2-3 years of Big 4 experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in utilising tools like Visio to visually represent application flows and identify controls from applications within the SOX scope, with experience in data analytics (e.g. ACL) and data extraction methods such as using Excel Macros, Python, R language, etc.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within defined timelines
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to create and understand comprehensive process flows, control matrices and effective completion of control documentation to facilitate mapping of upstream and downstream processes
