We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts and HR Administrator. This role involves handling various administrative tasks related to both accounting and human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for numbers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting:

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Process invoices, payments, remittances and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.

Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

2. Human Resources:

Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.

Assist in the on boarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.

Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Assist in organizing employee events and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

3. General Administrative Support:

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.

Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.

Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in accounting and/or human resources administration preferred.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.

Descriptions

• Responsible for all AR & AP functions including postings of all online platforms sales and reconciliation, all cash sales posting and reconciliation
• Assist in all finance and accounting functions including AP, General Ledger (GL), cash management, operating budgeting, auditing and financial reporting
• Check, verify, record invoices for proper account code and authorization
• Responsible for preparation of month end management Profit and Loss review and slides
• Responsible for writing meeting minutes
• Liaise with external auditors on year-end audits and preperation of statutory reports

• Assist in consistent application of disciplinary actions and compliance to company policies
• Assist in analyze cost projections and implement labor cost controls across all departments
• Assist in work pass application, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers
• Assist in company's yearly insurance renewal
• Assist in manage work injury and hospitalization claims
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working as Finance and/or HR preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ready to step of their comfort zone to take on new challenges and grow with the company
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills
• Singaporean/PR only
