• Monitor risk assessment compliance and report to WSHE Officer for any non-compliance.
• Recommend and ensure risk assessment control measures are implemented for all site activities.
• Be prepared to stop work or to notify the WSHE Department in the event of any WSHE deviations.
• Adherence to safety practices.

• Handle incoming calls & general administrative work such as HR administrative works, License renewal and documentations etc
• Issue invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and arrange for delivery
• Ensure accurate data entry into system
• Check in-coming suppliers’ invoices
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
