Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis of key program performance metrics, highlighting trends and identifying implications and opportunities to inform segment strategy
• Lead reporting processes such as dashboarding, planning, target setting and tracking
• Run evaluation of current reporting processes and cadences, identifying opportunities to drive automation, eliminate redundancies and address reporting gaps.
• Designing, developing and implementing operational improvements for the program and craft workflow for automation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in audit, business analytics / business intelligence / sales strategy / financial planning / business consulting or strategy, in technology context sales, or a mix of such experience
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance, once the objectives have been set, and overall direction has been aligned
• Experience with formulating and analysing large sets of data,
• Strong and effective written and oral communication to clearly convey data findings
• Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve results in sometimes ambiguous environments.

Preferred qualifications:

Job Description

1. Handle corporate secretarial matters, independently, such as preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients’ companies, online submission with ACRA, sending monthly / annual reminders to clients on filing deadline, updating of statutory registers and minute book etc;

2. Perform certain administration tasks pertaining to the clients or internal procedures;

3. Attend to auditors’ queries on behalf of clients and liaise with them in preparation for statutory audit;

4. Update client’s database electronically;

Job Description:

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Oversee and plan the capability development and creation of learning opportunities, i.e., to enhance the communications capabilities of staff

a) Work with the team to develop training roadmaps to equip staff and volunteers with core competencies required for their communications work;

Responsibilities:

Tendering

• Monitoring the availability of prospective projects or consultancy contracts on the Singapore government and other websites (mainly GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesami)
• Preparation of tenders for final submission (as per the given closing dates/deadlines)
• Studying and analyzing the tender documents in detail to assess the firm’s suitability and whether we meet the tender requirements

Spam Mail

• Checking the various Spam mailboxes (Unknown sender, spam mailbox, etc.) daily and identifying genuine project email correspondence and other legitimate email which had one into these boxes and moving them to the respective mailboxes. The number of such spam mail numbers a few hundred daily
• Assisting staff in searching for “lost mail

Apex System

• Updating staff particulars (new, old)
• Setting up of projects
• Maintaining/updating contact details of consultants, contractors, etc
• Ensuring the Apex system is used to manage the respective projects of the Company, including the assigning of relevant project numbers to each project, and the maintaining of the master list of projects on the Apex system
