Responsibilities:

GST Compliance & Reporting:

• Manage and oversee the GST compliance process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate filing of GST returns.
• Monitor clients' GST positions, ensuring they comply with local laws and regulations, including accurate reporting and payment.
• Review GST reconciliation and liaise with tax authorities regarding assessments, audits, and queries.

GST Advisory & Planning:

• Provide expert advice on GST-related matters, including tax structuring, transaction reviews, and managing indirect tax risks.

Tax Risk Management:

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for GST-related queries and issues, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Conduct client training sessions on GST updates and compliance best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and train junior members of the tax team in GST compliance and advisory services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in GST, preferably in a Big 4, audit firm or tax consultancy, and 2-5 years of GST experience for Senior Associate position.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in GST advisory and compliance, preferably within an audit firm or a tax consultancy firm for Managers and above.
• In-depth knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and tax administration, with experience handling complex tax issues.

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: The HR Manager will play a fundamental role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting the Head of HR in delivering initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and development. The HR manager is also responsible for delivering seamless HR operations across all regions with a focus on office management, employee data compliance, payroll, staff training, coordinating and reviewing engagement surveys and benefits programs.

Outcomes:

1. Ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll processing, In collaboration with the Finance department, across all regions and resolving any payroll-related discrepancies
2. Maintain accuracy with zero to two data errors each month by managing and maintaining employee data, ensuring all employee contracts, benefits, and personal data are up-to-date on a weekly basis, accurate and securely stored in the regional HRIS and the HR masterlist
3. Lead APAC strategy to drive recruitment & retention

• Co-build with the market a strong CRM omnichannel strategy to drive repurchase and loyalty, and develop a year round CRM action plan aligning with our APAC priorities

Drive Analysis & insights related to the customer

• Utilize CRM & CX data to generate insights, track KPIs and drive actionable recommendations and strategy to improve customer interaction and retention.

• Support other transversal teams (Retail, E-commerce) for deep dive into customer profiling (Mega campaign, new store…)

• Analyse and share internally (local & global) Customer Care KPIs, NPS and SLAs
• Recommend APAC customer voice strategy & evolutions by listening to voice call records, customer verbatim/reviews from NPS/CSAT
• Analyse and recommend actions/evolution to enhance the consumer experience on Clarins.com based on customer care insights

Oversee APAC market’s CRM platforms & tools

• Support APAC project team and Global teams to implement CRM projects (Clientelling, customer care) that align with local market needs
• Be a key partner for the successful installation / roll-out of the new & best in class tools in APAC
• Ensure the relevancy and effectiveness of local CRM tools in managing customer data, segmentation and targeted campaigns taking into consideration local specificities
• Ensure compliance and security with data protection and safeguard customer data and will also stay with industry trends, emerging technologies and local channels and specificities
• Master all key CRM tools from a business user point of view (Loyalty, Clientelling, Campaign management…)

Lead and animate APAC’s local CRM & CX teams

• Be the regional center of excellence for CRM, data analytics and CX and the champion of consumer intimacy in the region
• Work closely with transversal teams (CRM, Marketing, Retail, EC) and stores to always ensure a deep understanding of the consumer
• Collaborate with Global teams (HQ in France) to represent APAC needs and local specificities and ensure global tools and strategies are always up to date

YOU HAVE:

Responsibilities

Transport Team, Drivers, and Supply Team Management & Development

• Lead and manage the transport team, drivers, and supply team, promoting a positive work environment and high performance.

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks

Project Management Planning

Plan and brainstorm program details, approach, outcomes, and define the overall objectives.

Plan and drive the required procurement activities including seeking the project scope and funding approval from the respective approving authority

Lead and manage the project team, including users, external teams and vendors, in driving the project to meet its objectives, implement in accordance to the agreed scope, budget, timeline and with quality.

Guide and work with cross functional teams

Contribute to and maintain the Project Management Plan which includes the project scope, project objectives, assumptions, critical success factors, project governance structure, contract/vendor management, high level project schedule, deliverables, budget, risks, communication plan, issue management etc.

Perform timely update to stakeholders on project progress, issues, risks, resources and budgets

Manage project financial health, including budget utilization and cashflow where applicable

Project Scope Mgt & Change Control

Develop the detailed requirements and deliverables as agreed within the scope of the project
Manage and track issues/ arising from scope creep or missing scope
Ensure any change in scope is well documented and impact assessment are approved by the workgroup committee or project sponsor


Project Time Management

Manage the project schedule and orchestrate resources as needed
Develop and/or modify the detailed project activities and schedule where necessary, identify dependency and critical path
Drive and monitor the project activities, schedule and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
Manage any slippage in project activities & schedule, manage interdependent activities and adjust schedules to ensure the overall project objectives and deadlines can be met

Project Quality

Assist with the curation of content in line with the overall programme objectives
Ensure deliverables are reviewed to minimise rework

Project Risk Management

Manage any risks and issue resolution timely
Identify any risks and ensure mitigation is in place to contain or minimise the risk
Monitor, manage, and escalate any new risks & issues
Report any new risk, issues and progress of mitigation/action where needed

Project Stakeholder Management

Guide the project team to set up the project governance structure and escalation mechanism
Work closely with the stakeholders involved in the projects with clarity of project members' roles and responsibility
Align with communication plan to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, scope and timeline
Manage stakeholders' expectation and build a trusted relationship

Requirements / Qualifications

While the PM does not require a HealthTech background, any experience would be a bonus so as to easily understand any technical terms, ideas, or solutions that may arise.
