Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including conducting reference checks, to attract and retain top talent.

· Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process, which includes coordinating orientation, access card issuance, IT coordination, and exit clearance.

· Prepare and administer a variety of HR-related letters, such as employment contracts, confirmation, promotions, and employment certificates.

Technician

To perform day to day works in the workshop, servicing & setting up equipment and system at any worksites. Understanding of the working of engines and alternators and electrical control system would be an advantage.

• Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, on boarding and off boarding procedures, performance management, employee communications etc.
• To manage all Work Pass related matters including application, renewal, cancellation, etc.
• Co-ordinate and facilitate appropriate training and development activities for employees
• Ensure accurate and proper maintenance of records that fulfill audit and statutory requirements
• Provide support for all human resources and administrative functions
• To undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resource generalist role and preferably payroll

Job scope:

• Welder fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welder, cutter, shapers and measuring tools.
• Perform sheet metal fabrication
• Able to weld stainless steel & E.G sheet
• ARC/TOG/MIG welding experience is preferred

Objectives of the position:

Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for all the employees in Tuas. The person will also be responsible for the Administration of the Offices in Tuas. Will be the Point of Contact for all our employees in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training, Compensation, Employee Grievances and Benefits for BCWs in Tuas as and when there is a need.
2. Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining meticulous records.
3. Admin activities such as ordering stationery, pantries, name card creation and others.
4. Ensure accurate maintenance of BCWs’ employee database & Management of the TMS – through the HR Infotech & provide accurate details for Salary Processing.
5. Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system, transportation operations, townhall & CSR activities.
6. Support the management in overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of the work environment.
7. Drive, coordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives.
8. Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance.
9. Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports regularly.
10. Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements.

Skills & Qualification:

• 1-3 years experience in Human Resources
• Experience managing Blue Collared workmen - right from hiring, retaining & managing the expectations of the employees would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with the local labour, health and safety legislation.
