Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER
JobResponsibilities:
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner (RHRBP) to provide integral support to our expanding business units. The perfect candidate is someone who is adept at engaging in both tactical and strategic activities, with the goal of fostering an exceptional and forward-thinking culture at Alibaba during a period of growth and expansion. This full-time position will be based in Singapore.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior business leaders and their teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region. You will be required to have a deep understanding of the business objectives and be able to craft an HR plan that aligns with and advances the company’s goals within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
JobQualification:
1. Seeking candidates with a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of advanced HR experience, including 5 years as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within the technology sector, with a focus on regional roles.
2. Outstanding command of English and Mandarin is required for effective written and verbal communication, as this position entails collaboration with stakeholders at our headquarters in China.
3. The ideal candidate should demonstrate prudent judgment when managing confidential information, possess a keen eye for detail, and consistently meet deadlines for assigned tasks.
4. A proactive self-starter who embraces new challenges with a hands-on approach and a commitment to continual improvement is desired.
5. The role demands adaptability and the capacity to flourish in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment.
6. A successful applicant will have a demonstrated history of fostering relationships and strategic alliances at every organizational tier, showcasing robust leadership and influence capabilities, and effectively driving change management initiatives.
7. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of engaging with senior leadership effectively in an advisory capacity, leveraging insightful data analysis to inform their persuasive recommendations.
8. The position requires readiness for frequent travel, which could constitute up to 50% of the role.
