Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science of equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems
• Experience in mass EUC deployment for building relocation, renovation projects and new set-up implementation
• M365 experience is an added advantage.
• Certification in ITIL, MCSE preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues with audio and video devices.
• Experience with Active Directory and SCCM.
• Hands-on experience in dismantling and repairing desktops and laptops.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

• Good knowledge of desktop support for both hardware and software
• Basic diagnosis and provide support to resolve issues related to M365, Active Directory, and Windows Operating System
• Single point of contact for end users to log incident and service requests via email and hotline
• Ensuring user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing
• Co-ordinate with different support team (including vendor coordination) to ensure issue resolved with proper resolution recorded
• Follow SOP and Policy defined
• Escalates next level of technical support for incident resolution, as appropriate
• Monitors the progress and status of all open tickets toward incident resolution ad requests fulfilment
• Monitors and keeps customers/users informed of ticket status and updates at agreed intervals, till ticket closure
• Responsible to produce breaching and ageing reports for tickets logged by Service Desk
• Responsible for Call logging, Call Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow‐up till closure within agreed SLA
• Implementing best practices to reduce time and increase efficiency
• Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication with all parties
• Focus on First Call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets

Requirements:

• Minimum higher NITEC or Diploma in IT related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant in IT service desk experience
• L2 desktop troubleshooting skillset
• Possess good customer service, communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Possess good phone etiquette

Job description:

• Responsible in supporting all Electrical engineering works for the projects from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion.
• Lead and manage the team including performance appraisal and manpower planning.
• Prepare scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals including Preliminary Design and Tender preparation, submission and Tender Clarification follow up for Electrical works.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets for Electrical works including equipment selection, etc.
• Participate in engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of project.
• Develop Electrical works’ project schedule and monitor/update as project progresses.
• Perform Testing & Commissioning works.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation (i.e. shop drawings).
• Conduct technical discussion on common design problems and assist in maintaining high quality standards of design and construction.
• Provide specific expertise for problem solving of electrical issues.
• Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or other equivalent certificates with Design and Build knowledge; able to conduct Engineering Design and Calculation.
• Minimum 5 years’ field experience in Construction project management for Design/Contracting function in Electrical projects in Civil, Structural and Architectural field.
• Strong design & installation knowledge in Electrical, ELV & control systems.
• Have core competency (Design & Engineering Calculation) in Electrical Power Engineering and a good working knowledge on the systems below:

o Power Engineering (HT)

o Lighting

o Lightning Protection System

o FMCS / BMS

o ELV System

• Exposure to cleanroom, industrial electrical & control systems, etc an advantage.
• Candidates with LEW Grade 7 & above an advantage but not a must.
• Familiar with Singapore Standard on Code of Practice for Electrical Installation.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and some experience in using ACAD and BIM an advantage.
