What you will do:
â—Ź Team Management:
â—‹ Recruit, train, and supervise team
â—‹ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale.
â—‹ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure staff development and growth.
â—Ź Customer Service:
â—‹ Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
â—‹ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
â—‹ Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and customer satisfaction.
â—Ź Operations Management:
â—‹ Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
â—‹ Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
â—‹ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
â—‹ Greeting customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including advising guests on menu and wine choices
â—‹ Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
â—‹ Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
â—‹ Address any issues related to quality or service promptly and effectively.
â—Ź Strategic Planning:
â—‹ Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
â—‹ Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the restaurant's competitive position in the market.

â—Ź Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

â—Ź Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service and front-of-house operations.
â—Ź Energetic, passionate and able to work in a face paced environment
