Delivery & Performance

Payroll & Tax reporting

• Responsible for the full spectrum of tasks regarding the monthly payroll for Singapore and China, approximately staff strength of 500 headcounts.

• Liaise with internal and external audit requirements.
• Submission of government claims such as Childcare Leave, NS, Maternity claims and other statutory claims.
• Support annual salary review and budgeting exercise.

Other Responsibilities

• Be a dependable resource and provides professional support to the People & Organization (P&O) team in the provision of operational support across a range of Payroll & Tax activities.
• Translate policy intent and directions into workable system solutions on the P&O Payroll Systems platform, and propose new work processes to ensure the most effective and efficient method for implementation.

Roles and Responsibilies:

· End user support

· Assist in Operating Systems Migration and related support.

· Support and troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problems.

· Responsible for correcting all problems associated to supported list of End User Equipment and Software.

· Installation of software/application.

· Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.

· Closing all assigned and resolved Incidents; focus on ticket resolution within SLA.

· Synchronizing application settings to environment requirement.

· Relocation of computer devices and peripherals.

· Setting up of the end users profiles for applications.

· Proactive update and follow up to end users.

· Guide end user on required applicable tasks

· Other adhoc task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec in IT or higher qualification.
• Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
• Handling Different PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
• Performing Hardware Software Installation
• Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies- Printer support
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
• Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT or closely related field with min. 5 years of experience in managing a team of

• years of Technical Lead with network design/implementation experience.
• Strong systems engineering skills with Network and Firewall architecture
• Industrial certification: CCIE, CCNP, CCDP, ITIL
• In-depth technical experience and proficiency in deploying network system(s) implementation for
• large enterprise and data center routing switching environments.
• Hands-on experience in implementation and setup of high-availability, multi-layer datacenter
• networks.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Router and Switches (ASR, ISR, Nexus, Catalyst)
• In-depth knowledge of advance IP routing and switching technologies, particularly BGP, EIGRP,

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support other departments with Company to construct efficient and robust organization.

• Develop prospects customers base in APAC region and market products managed by the Company and its related corporations.

• Research and source for local partners to introduce ideas or products to Tokyo HQ for new funds development in Japan.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of design engineers in the design and development of semiconductor equipment from module to machine conceptualization

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Possess good technical drawing skills using either ProE/SolidWorks/Solid Edge.
