• Play an active business partner role in engaging the employees and line managers in ensuring that employee needs and queries are looked into frequently

Job Description:

• Conceptualise, develop and implement effective content marketing strategies
• Ensure coherence of programme’s messaging and narratives
• Ensure constant stream of success stories, trends and engagement content
• Execute content partnerships with media publishers for promotion of programme
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Develop newsletter by curating and sourcing for content
• Develop strategies to ensure healthy base and ensure low opt out rates
• Track and analyse tech and business landscapes and trends, for creation of content themes
• Develop, implement, and execute key events
• Management of publication of content on the organization’s website
• Any other ad hoc admin duties as assigned such as procurement and managing budgets

• Minimum Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
• Prior experience in marketing communications or digital marketing is advantageous
