The Credit and Collections Manager assists finance leadership by directing and leading the Credit and Collection teams to improve DSO and cash flow management, working closely with operation teams on collections, generating collection and other management reports, and providing analysis and action plans on long aged AR balance, working with clients directly where necessary for collection.
