RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team in investing company's surplus fund and mitigating financial market risks
  • Identity and recommend investment products in line with treasury policy
  • Execute approved investment plan (cash, equity, fixed income)

ROLE:
IME is leading the effort to establish the industry leading Silicon Carbide R&D program. This program aims to advance 200mm Silicon Carbide technologies in various areas, such as epitaxy, device design, process integration & fabrication, and power module packaging. The main objective is to drive disruptive innovations in power device research, with a specific focus on >1.2KV power MOSFETs. These innovations are intended to enhance automotive technologies, vehicle electrification, safety measures, sustainable energy grids, and industrial automation. Key aspects to demonstrate for this role include high power device design, novel device concepts, doping design, gate oxidation, and wide-bandgap process simulations. To achieve this, we are seeking individual with extensive industry experience in using Synopsys/Silvaco TCAD simulator, relevant device characterization skills, design simulation development abilities, a willingness to mentor junior staffs, and strong interpersonal skills. Position Overview:

Robotic & Digital Lead will play a pivotal role in the introduction and advancement of Robotic and Digital Solutions in the Orthopaedic Business of Johnson & Johnson MedTech across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

This position demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle from launch to market success of Robotic and Digital solutions across Knee, Hip, Trauma and Spine surgery. This will include the market launch and expansion of solutions such as VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solutions (RAS), VELYS Hip Navigation (VHN), ORTOMA, VELYS Spine and Patient Path among others.

The position will report into the Head of Orthopaedics for SEA and will be part of the SEA Orthopaedics Leadership Team. This role will require strong collaboration with SEA cross-functional stakeholders as well as strong engagement with the Global and APAC Robotic and Digital teams.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Plan Development and Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan utilizing the Launch Excellence Framework. Collaborate closely with global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategy while adapting to local market dynamics and opportunities.
• Work with SEA country teams to build 2–3-year sales pipeline for digital and robotic solutions. Pressure-test the financial viability of deal models in order to ensure that the commercial approach is GP accretive to the SEA Orthopaedic business.

Purpose:

For our local agency (based in Singapore), we are looking for a HVAC Lead Engineer to fulfill a full- time position specialized in HVAC systems for the Marine & Offshore Industry.

Our future HVAC Lead Engineer must have a thorough knowledge of the HVAC systems which includes but is not limited to the following systems: air-conditioning systems, ventilation systems, split units, automation & electrical systems, instrumentations, ducting, piping, etc.

As an HVAC Lead Engineer, you will be supporting the Project Manager. Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:

· Effectively respect the Design & Production (manufacturing & equipment delivery) schedules.

· Successfully manage the technical relationship with our clients.

· Produce and/or lead the production of P&ID, D&ID and all drawings required during the projects’ design stages.

· Produce and/or lead the production of thermal, pressure drop & acousticcalculations.

· Lead the production of the electrical design & wiring diagrams.

· Attend meetings at the shipyard and conduct the presentation & explanation of our design drawings and technical documentation.

· Assist our purchasing team in the sourcing of competent manufacturers & competitive suppliers.

· Produce the technical specifications to be issued to suppliers in accordance with the projects’ requirements; Liaise with suppliers or sub-contractors; Abide by the technical specifications of the procurement; Assist our purchasing team in the negotiation with the selected suppliers & subcontractors.

Requirements:

· Engineering degree (Mechanical/Thermal/Electrical…).

Mechanical background is preferred – Electrical background is a plus.

· At least 10 years of working experience in HVAC projects.

· Relevant experience in Marine/Offshore Industry is necessary.

· Proficient with Microsoft office software (Excel, Word) & with Autocad 2016.

· Solid project management, organizational & technical skills including attention to details.

Good English communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lead Marine Engineer reports to the Project Engineering Manager and shall be responsible for technical compliance with all design requirements and coordination with the necessary Client and Subcontractor’s discipline engineering professionals. The lead marine engineer shall ensure that all de-signs comply with the requirements of the Work; that all Work is efficiently and effectively executed in accordance with the criteria, specifications and standards listed in the CONTRACT; and that the designs comply with safe and reasonable standards as accepted within the offshore oil and gas industry. The Lead marine Engineer shall be responsible for his/her scope of work as given below:

• Review existing/donor vessel’s marine systems for conversion, refurbishment or upgrade as necessary.
• Input to shipyard RLE specification/RFQ and coordinate with shipyards during bidding phase to provide clarification.
• Ensure that technical compliance with all design requirements is met.
• Interface with Client Marine Engineering team to resolve the technical issues.
• Co-ordinate with Shipyard for timely delivery of the facilities.
• Accountable for the quality engineering deliverables.
• Provide engineering guidance to Contractors wherever is required.
• Achieve safety standards as defined in Project requirements.
• To achieve project completion to the project specifications on schedule.
• Field Engineering support during construction phase of the project.
• Coordinate with class for surveys and reviews related to shipyard work.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for monitoring and controls.
• Commissioning and Start-Up support.
• Support for Operating Manual Preparation.
• Encourage and provide lateral learning within the project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum educational requirements of a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marine engineering or equivalent.
• Direct experience working on FPSO projects.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience, with Oil & Gas projects (fixed installations and FPSOs), with significant experience working as a Senior or Lead Marine Engineer.
• Must have prior work experience with medium/ large sized brownfield and/or greenfield projects in the upstream Oil and Gas sector, in a similar role and possess a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, internal and external interfaces.
• Shall be skilled with commonly used business software applications such MS Office, MS project and drafting software such as AutoCad.
• Shall be capable of supporting the development and implementing recommendations from third party safety studies and workshops, including HAZID/ENVID, SIL Classifications, Smoke, Gas, Fire and Explosion Risk Analyses, QRA, ALARP assessments, Fire and Gas Mappings and Noise Studies.
