1. Position Summary

The position of Estimator is responsible for coordinating/liaising (as appropriate) with members of the Design & Operations Team from project implementation through to project completion to verify compliance against tendered estimates and to check construction costs against site budgets.

Performance at this level requires some developmental experience in budget tracking, understanding of contract terms, accounting principles, use of financial project management software (CANDY) and Industry used contract standards (e.g. FIDIC) and billing procedures.

Commercial & Contracts

• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on key e-commerce KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc.) including forecasting, profit/loss, and useful market insights to the leadership team.
• Analyze the past campaigns in order to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest E-commerce trends/marketing strategies and execution in order to increase online sales

Requirements:

• Degree In Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in E-Commerce with at least 1-2 years of experience handling Shopify
• Experience working with media-buying platforms (Facebook, Bing, Google Ads) would be an added advantage
• Familiarity with Shopify platform and E-commerce usability
• High degree of business acumen with experience analysing data and doing sales forecasting
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and able to work effectively independently
• Attention to detail
