Duties:

• Responsible for credit control activities, which would include the following:
• Manage and maintain debtor's accounts to ensure the accounts are current.
• Monitor Accounts Receivables closely and ensure timely update of receipts from clients into accounting system.
• Close liaison with customers to ensure the timely collection of payment.
• Support any duties with our billing team to ensure in compliance to accounting standards, government regulations, internal policies and credit control policies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Past experience as a Credit Controller is favourable, preferably in a fast-paced business environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of accounting system experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
• Professional demeanour and the ability to interact confidently
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and tasks

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on shipment and delivery enquires
• Providing prompt and professional attention to all their requests or problems
• Process all job orders into the system promptly and accurately
• Generate job instructions to relevant operations team accordingly to customer’s request correctly and on timely
• Liaise with different internal department & external contractor when required
• Pre-plan operations such as container trucking for Import and Export shipment depending on the complicatedness of the commodity and arrange special equipment such as cranes
• Timely monitoring and update of vessel details via Port net
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Prepare job sheets for account’s department to generate customers’ invoices

Job Requirements

• Have passion in customer service, friendly and possess good attitude with previous service experience in logistics will be an advantage
• Diploma holder or its equivalent with 2 years of work experience
• Good phone etiquette, problem solving, good communication and organization skills
• Able to work independently and resolve issues arising from late deliveries, customer complaints, etc..
• Customer service oriented, team player with initiative and willing to take on responsibilities
• Ability to respond to ad-hoc and urgent demand on timely and professionally

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc..
• Undertake minor repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct daily facilities inspection to identify any defect
• Determine and analyze the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences
• Liaise and supervise contractors on facilities repair / renovation works to ensure acceptable standard of work
• Ensure that only authorize users have accessed to locked venue
• Other tasks as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in M&E / Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• 2 years of work experience in Facilities & Building Management
• Can work under minimal supervision and is pro-active

a) Pipeline Generating

• Possess interpersonal skills to establish relationship with customers to extract key information and convincing customer on our pricing and value-added services
• Simple presentation skills will be needed to present a sales pitch to the potential customers
• Candidate has to possess techniques of pipeline generation and developing a lead to a potential pipeline
• Discipline to follow through from a lead to develop into pipelines
• Possesses basic innovative skills to solve customer problems using our product offerings
• Reactive and flexibility skills will be required

b) Negotiating

• To be able to leverage on company’s advantages and key selling points to negotiate a reasonable and maximized margin

c) Account Servicing

• Candidate must be able to make justifiable judgment calls to decide on selling prices and quotations
• Timely highlight and feedback on sales initiatives and out of norm issues
• Reactiveness and resourceful skills will be required as well
• Retaining of accounts, growing wallet share and expansion of accounts

d) Credit management and collection

• Candidate must have ownership over outstanding debts and see through debt recovery process
• To possess firm verbal and written communication skills when conversing with customers on credit and debt matter

Main Activities:

• Full spectrum of HR functions, payroll, leave management, disciplinary action, day to day operations

• Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation and warning letter etc.

• Responsible for personnel movements, regularly prepare HR reports

• Monitor and regularly filing of employee’s personnel files

• Segregation of Employees Contracts, certificates and other documents in the personnel files

• Work passes and quota administration

• Calculate employee overtime and commission.

• handle office administration, such as order stationery, pantry replenish, uniform, courier services.

• Organize company event.

Qualification:

• Min Diploma with 3 years of relevant working experience

• Proficient in Excel functions and payroll functions

• Preferably with knowledge in Oil & Gas or Process industry

• Familiar with Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation
