About the Role

KrisShop is the omnichannel retail arm of the Singapore Airlines group, where it serves primarily as a redemption platform for KrisFlyer members to earn and burn KrisFlyer miles via a thoughtfully curated selection of products and services.

As Assistant Manager, eCommerce (Australia), you will work closely with the Head, eCommerce (Regional) to develop and operationalize digital marketing campaigns, as well as manage onsite/User Interface matters for the KrisShop Australia platform, to assist the Business Development and Account Management team in driving sales for the Australian market.

As this role will focus primarily on the Australian market, working knowledge of the Australian eCommerce market and consumer consumption habits, demographics and trends is a must. Food Assembly Assistant reports to Catering Supervisor (Pre-set) through the Catering Officer and his/her duties are as follow:

1. Preset Business, Premium Economy and Economy class meals on trays according to airline's specifications.

2. Collect all the required food items for preset.

3. Collect bins of clean airline equipment from equipment staging area.

4. Operate the assembly conveyor belts and put the required food items and service wares on the trays based on the ETD of the flights.

5. Refer to flight checkout sheet, photo specs, and special meals table during preset.

7. Inform the Foodbank OA to page for any items shortages.

8. Collect all balance preset items and return them to Foodbank and TA Sub-store.

Hiring: Full time Account Receivable Assistant

Location: Changi cargo complex

Hours: Mon – Fri: 0930hrs – 1830hrs

Alternate Sat: 0900hrs – 1300hrs

Salary: $2,200 - $2,500 per month

Reporting to Finance Manager, working together in a small team, key objectives include timely and accurate reporting of AR activities throughout daily operations and month-end closing.

The successful candidate must be operationally hands-on, organized, highly motivated and able to work with a disciplined approach towards managing people and work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating credit risk by checking on the payment records of customers
• Updating Operations team on unpaid students on regular basis
• Proactively follow up on customers’ queries, resolves any outstanding AR issues and invoices
• Follow up with customers on their credit notes/refunds relating to the withdrawal process.
• Assist routine monthly reports such as monthly aging reports and sales reports for submission to the management.
• Maintains historical financial records by filing accounting documents
• Other administrative task such as filing paperwork, answering calls & emails, topping up of cashcard
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities
• Support internal and external audit queries
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Accounting Functions
• Proficiency with computers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accounting terminology
• Understanding basic book keeping practices

• Day to day receipt of materials from suppliers.
• Physical checks on the materials upon receipt.
• Item detailed checks and photo taking.

Primary:

• Receive and acknowledge enquiries from clients.
• Raise quotation according to customer’s requirement.
• Coordinate with Service manager on any technical issues arise from sales enquires.
• Communication with customer on any issues regarding enquiries, quotes and order acknowledgment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing team to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Assist in raising order acknowledgements when needed.
• Ensure selling price is consistent for different customer accounts.
• Assist with resolving account receivable issues.

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE "O" , "N" Level or Certification in Business Administration Course
