Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day aspects of Human resource function - recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy and planning etc
• Leverage multiple recruiting sources and programs to identify and recruit candidates
• Manage employee lifecycle end to end from onboarding to off boarding including preparationand execution of various employee contracts
• Manage statutory and compliance submissions such as CPF, taxes, work pass applications etc.
• Process payroll timely and in a timely and accurate manner and liaise with finance department for payment processing
• Develop and maintain strong relations with departments to understand their people requirements and provide necessary support
• Pro-actively work towards fostering and reinforcing a positive work environment & culture
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement by improving business process and adopting best practices
• Ensure that employee data is always up to date in HR systems
• Prepare and submit documentation and reporting in a timely manner

Job Requirement:

•  Diploma preferably in HR Management or related studies
•  Excellent communication skills
•  1 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources function, preferably in F&B industry
•  Knowledgeable in Singapore labour laws and employment act and other regulatory requirements
•  Adaptable in fast-paced working environment
•  Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Title: Finance Executive

Reprting to: Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day accounting functions and perform bookkeeping for AR, AP and GL
• Manage AR receipts, AP payments and monitor ageing report together with bank reconciliation
• Work closely with finance team to ensure PnL and other reports are done within stipulated timeline
• Work closely with operation team for daily orderings and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy on orders and invoices
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchase price lists and highlight for the price changes

• Fresh graduate with degree or diploma in finance are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full shipping documentations of containerized shipments under LC and Collections terms.
• Execute all contractual obligations timely, anticipate potential shipment problems and initiate actions to resolve, avoid or mitigate exposures.
• Liaise closely with internal (Treasury/Accounts/Commercial/Intercos) and external (buyers/agents/suppliers/carriers/controllers/banks) parties to facilitate various processes throughout execution chain.
• Work expeditiously to cash sales documents timely and avoid demurrage, manage exposures, reduce financing and bank charges.
• Ensure all AP/AR are processed timely in trade system for every month-end closing.
• Follow-up on buyers' payments for company’s healthy cash-flow.
• Other trade support duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field (good experience in shipping/commodity trading firms will be considered in lieu)
• Minimum 3 years working in commodity trading operations handling shipping documentations
• Experience in LC documentations a must
• Experience in dry containerized cargo is an advantage
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Computer literacy in MS Excel/Word
• Ability to work under pressure

• Identify and drive value-added solutions, leveraging deep client knowledge and Altera expertise.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and successful project execution.
• You will represent Altera leadership in multiple client touchpoints, tradeshows and conferences.
• Manage the sales opportunities by collaborating with the inside sales team to enhance the sales process and improve efficiency.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in client account management and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention.
• The ideal person will be an excellent communicator, with a skill in problem solving.
• An understanding or experience within a similar healthcare setting would be advantageous.

Working Arrangements

• Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
• Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely.
• May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays.
• On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.
