5. Knowing the importance of financial management in achieving business goals and ensuring long-term sustainability by monitor sales, expenses and profit margins to assess the financial health of the business. 6. Ensuring that the stall complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards and licensing requirements and the need to be stay informed about any changes in regulations that may affect the business.

7. Collaborate with the director to develop and update the menu, taking into account on customer preferences, seasonal offerings and latest trends in the indsutry.

8. Working with the coffee shop management to development marketing strategies and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing customers. Utilising social media, signage and other channels to promote the stall.

9. Hire, train and supervise staff members and delegate task effectively to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Being in charge of scheduling the work shifts ensuring enough manpower is provided for an smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

• Full office administration function.
