The Data Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing all data center operations, including infrastructure design, data management, security protocols, and disaster recovery strategies.

This role requires maintaining high availability of our critical financial systems, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing performance.

• As part of the CRM function, the Analyst will be responsible for transactions after deal closure and will support the CRM team with monitoring thereafter.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Origination/Execution

• Assist in originating opportunities in their various regions and assisting with the preparation and presentation of early-stage New Business Committee (NBC) approvals.

• Assist deal teams (or lead workstreams) through due diligence of transactions following NBC approval. Work collaboratively with respective transaction leads to ensure a transaction is appropriately structured and presented to Credit Committee for approval.

- Assist or oversee deal team members in conducting due diligence for deals, including credit analysis, financial modelling (review, stress-testing, and carrying out of scenario analysis), structuring, and review of commercial and legal documentation.

- Support the Investment Team in the drafting, preparation, and presentation of credit proposals to the GuarantCo Credit Committee.

- Assist (and in some circumstances overee) in executing due diligence tasks and reviews in appointing and liaising with advisers (e.g., environmental and social, technical, legal, etc).

- Support senior members of the team in reviewing project documentation to ensure that GuarantCo’s position is appropriately protected and reflects credit approved terms.

• Coordinate with various internal teams on client on-boarding and various other related administrative tasks.

• Responsible for the coordination with the Sustainable Developmental Impact (SDI) and Health Safety Environmental and Social (HSES) teams, including participating in putting together the SDI rationale and HSES requirements for transactions.

• Oversee or support on delivering any other ad-hoc tasks and research required to help develop the Investment Team or work in partnership with other departments on business initiatives, e.g., new product development, country regulatory analysis.

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and demonstrate a strong grasp of their deal portfolio;

• Monitor/report/operationally track the performance of transactions against various covenants, including financial performance and environmental and social, and impact objectives;

• Assist Client Relationship Manager/Director in developing and managing all transaction relationships (borrower, sponsors, guarantee beneficiary, banks, agents, etc.);

• Assist Client Relationship Manager / Director writing and presenting reports and requests to Portfolio Committee. Contribute to the analysis and arguments being presented, recommendations and rationale;

• Work as a close-knit unit with the Client Relationship Manager / Director on assigned transactions, and with the Director of Restructuring, as required;

• Work with and assist the Client Relationship Manager / Director to ensure smooth handover of transactions on financial close;

• Assist Finance when required to follow up on collection of persistent unpaid amounts with management; and

• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Managing project site progress and matters

The Project Manager duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• To lead the site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
• Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule
• To supervise and guide subordinates on checking of work to meet the material and workmanship requirements
• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality.
• To chair WSH committee and attend site meetings
• To ensure that all problems and requirement of customer are being attended.
• To ensure his subordinates are observing Company’s Policies
• To review and approve plant/material requisition.
• Responsible for the authorization of site purchases and rental
• To carry out any assignments which may be given from time to time by the Management.
• To administer changes to the contract with the contracts department
• Follow up on customer complaints. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
• Ensure full compliance of MOM safety rules and conduct periodic safety inspections on safety performance of all subcontractors.
• Active participation in conducting Risk Assessment
• Ensure briefing/re-briefing of RA to workers by supervisor.
• Authorized to stop work at any time for any unsafe work.
• Review and revised RA
• Implement necessary control measures to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Project Manager, Degree holder.

We are looking to hire a VMware Operations Support (L3) Specialist to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.

Responsibilities:

• At least 4-5 years of hands-on Experience and advance knowledge on VMWare, VMware Horizon and Windows OS (server and workstation)
• Strong Professional track record with hands on experience of technical hands-on Operations work - VMware Hypervisors, Clusters, Networking, DataStore vSAN, Horizon, vSphere, vRA, vRO etc
• Strong Technical and Operational Knowledge in financial industry
• At least 3-5 years’ of experience in Operations for BAU and initiatives

Requirements:

• Advance knowledge on VMware Products, VDI, Horizon view client/Agent – Vmware. Hypervisors, Clusters, Networking, Horizon connection server, vSphere, vRA, vRO
• Deep knowledge of tools for troubleshooting VMware and Microsoft technologies
• Systrack, Splunk, processmon, trace log collection and dump log analysis.
• Advance scripting knowledge for inventory, reporting, log collection, remote debugging, and troubleshooting. PowerShell, python etc.
• Ability to drive root cause analysis preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission along with planning and implementing fixes / patches.
• Sound knowledge of incident management process for large scale organization requiring multiple team engagement.
• Experience in supporting end users in L3 capacity– Upgrade, Migration projects.
• Customer-facing experience as a technical operations specialist, with strong oral and written communication skills, presenting to both large and small audiences.
• Ability to handle operations involving multiple technologies. Virtualization, OS, real time communication, collaboration, Managed print services and Mobility.
• Utilize the Incident and change in process management reporting system to monitor and track changes.
