RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage the implementation of a strong incubation programme that would attract the best incubatees / startups and build greater success of these incubatees after participating in our programme.

• Build portfolio of activities that draw the local and regional I&E community to the new innovation facility, serving as a base to attract new resources and partnerships.
• Develop marketing programmes that will raise awareness of SMU IIE incubation programme both locally and within SEA.
• Monitor, review and analyze the performance of the startups and the incubation programme for management reporting, ensuring tight management of milestones and progress of the startups.

Objectives of the Position

• Experienced Global Business Expert for the processes Manufacturing, Site Logistics and P2P for supply chain (including Tolling Execution). Part of the Global Supply Chain Process Excellence team with members located in Europe, Asia, North America and South America.

Main Tasks:

• Implement new organizational and / or technical concepts for processes MFG (Manufacturing), SL (Site Logistics), P2P (Purchase-to-pay) in strong alignment with relevant stakeholders including global process owners. Facilitate and contribute to change and test management activities.

The Performance Marketing Manager will focus on driving measurable results, increasing ROI, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

You will also -

• Define marketing strategy and develop highly engaging, strategically focused digital campaigns to drive traffic and revenue to our website and retail stores.
• Drive growth through targeting, ad campaign setting, and measurement of key metrics like CPL, CPC, and CAC
• Drive advertising content and delivery including print, digital, and video assets to meet objectives for digital advertising
• Manage and execute SEO content strategy and SEM keyword bidding, ensure first-page rank for keysearch words
• Analyse and track the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns. Oversee performance marketing budget to enhance the Return on Advertising Spent (ROAS)
• Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics.
