Visa’s AP People Team is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to support our Visa Consulting Advisory business to oversee the development, implementation, and management of programs that span the entire employee lifecycle for our Visa Consulting Advisory business, from onboarding to development. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning these programs with our organization's strategic objectives, and ensuring they deliver outstanding employee experiences that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
Reporting to the Head of People Business Partner, AP you will work in close coordination with counterparts and Centers of Excellence for effective planning and delivery of programs supporting the entire employee lifecycle of Visa Consulting Advisory business from onboarding to development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning these programs with our organization's strategic objectives, and ensuring they deliver outstanding employee experiences that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
