• Design and execute investment strategies focused on ASEAN private corporate credit and institutional real estate sectors.
• Perform comprehensive financial modelling and analysis to guide investment decisions and develop and maintain portfolio models to optimize risk-adjusted returns.
• Implement strong risk management practices across all investment activities, and develop, execute, and refine comprehensive credit risk policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including credit analysis and risk assessment. Evaluate the credit investment strategies of other funds and real estate investment opportunities for potential partnerships, co-investments, or competitive analysis. Present investment ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders and potential investors.
• Carry out regular portfolio monitoring and performance analysis to identify potential issues and recommend proactive measures and adjustments to optimize the portfolio as needed.
• Keep up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in ASEAN markets, particularly in the private corporate credit and institutional real estate sectors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate or investment banking, or private equity, with a specialization in ASEAN markets, private corporate credit, and/or institutional real estate.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial modelling tools.
• Results-oriented with proven ability to evaluate and analyze external fund strategies and investment opportunities.

1. STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION

• Contribute to the establishment of the medical strategy providing the scientific leadership into therapeutic and brand strategies. Possess overall oversight of all medical activities and ensure the implementation of the agreed strategy by executing the agreed plans

2. BUDGET

• Accountable for the local budget of medical function. Manage the budget planning for medical activities and function. Monitor spending against budget and ensure accurate reporting

3. MEDICAL GOVERNANCE and MEDICAL INFORMATION

• Accountable for medical governance and medical information within Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei in front of the medical affairs management. Responsible for setting and maintaining a culture of the highest ethical standards for any medical activity
• Responsible to supervise and ensure due diligence for scientific studies conduction (e.g. Investigator Initiated Research and Bayer Sponsored studies). Responsible to ensure that the conduct of studies is in accordance to the applicable regulations and terms of contract in such a way that the participating subjects / patients are not exposed to unnecessary risks. Local Quality System Document (LQSD) Process Owner for Medical owned processes in country /cluster
• Accountable for the medical accuracy and correctness and for the ethical tenability of any information provided by the local subsidiary of Bayer Consumer Health on medical topics
• Ensure that all information requests coming from customers, users or patients are managed according to the relevant Standard Operating Procedures and that the information provided is accurate and balanced
• Follow global and/or regional guidance in the use of standard responses, Question and Answer standards, compliance requirements
• Ensure approval of advertising copy/promotional copy, create and approve public statements and internal statement from a medical perspective. Ensure that claims are substantiated by Competent and Adequate Scientific Evidence (CARSE)

4. MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for the interface with the respective global functions related to the respective matrix organization between country and global functions. Actively involved in Local CDH/CDH LT strategic discussions

5. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT

• Ensure optimal cross-functional support at a local level that it is maintained and enhanced at every opportunity
• Responsible for ensuring that there is adequate support from within the medical department for promotional material collaboration and approval. Ensure provision of medical expertise and training to internal and external customers, medical staff, marketing and other commercial functions as required
• Work in close collaboration with marketing, regulatory, sales and legal function

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate with the manning agent to ensure the availability of qualified and competent crew following the Company’s recruitment policy, STCW, MLC, and flag state requirements.
• To ensure efficient management and administration of crew welfare and to make regular shipboard visits to ensure crew performances are on par with expectations.
• To provide assistance and data on the preparation of budget and management reporting
• To ensure timely response on any ships’ and crew members’ issue

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in business, maritime or logistics with min 2 years of relevant experience in crewing management is preferred.

Qualification:
