Job Responsibilities

• Retrieve and tender cargo from/to agents at the airport cargo terminals.
• Sort incoming/outgoing packages and splitting packages to X-ray machines, including retrieval of packages that required further inspection.
• Prepare clearance documentations and verify receipt of cargo (if assigned).
• Scan all import/export packages inclusive all packages that gone through X-ray machine.
• Break bags packages into UPS air bags.
• Load and unload packages from company vehicles.
• Fork pallets and irregulars for sorting or breakdown.
• Manage contractors assigned to assist loading and unloading processes.
• And any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Secondary education or equivalent.
• Possess class 3 driving license would be preferred. Class 4 license is a plus.
• 1 - 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Able to carry packages up to 30kg.
• Must be able to write and speak simple English.
• Willing to work on shift (including night shifts).
• Position is based at Airport Cargo Road.

We are seeking a dedicated operations and customer service executive to join our passionate team. This multifaceted role is integral to the smooth operation of our studio, providing administrative support, exceptional customer interaction, and assisting in sales and marketing coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Excellence: Be the welcoming face of our studio, greeting students and parents, assisting with inquiries, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining student records, and ensuring the studio's efficient daily operation.
• Sales Assistance: Assist in sales activities by providing information to prospective students and parents, supporting enrollment, and promoting our offerings.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries professionally and with a smile.
• Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives, such as coordinating campaigns, assisting with social media, and helping to organize events.

Job Description:

· Check and maintain daily/monthly work attendance records

· Update leave records

· Collate and maintain records for petty cash claims

· Printing, prepare simple documents and documentation

· Apply for training courses for staff

· Apply for airport pass/airside driving permit

· Monitor and maintain office supplies/equipment

· Liaise with suppliers/contractors for office equipment repair and maintenance when required

· Stock up & clean office mini-pantry area/fridge/coffee machine periodically

· Comply and support company's Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) Management system

· Any other administrative duties which may be assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels certification

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

· Meticulous, On-task and willing to learn

· 5 Days work week

Oversee the day to day operations and supervise all workers ensuring work procedures, quality, safety and hygiene requirements are adhered to.
