Overview
The successful applicant will be a core member of the sales operations management team. The individual willl be responsible for shipping arrangements, sales recognition, preparation of shipping documentations and other administrative support for our customers in ASEAN and the South Asian region.
Responsibilities
1. Executing obligations as required in contracts, including but not limited to the following:
a) Ensure all information is accurate after a shipment task is assigned by order processing team.
b) Issuing pick-and-pack instructions to warehouse.
c) Reserving carrier with freight forwarder upon receiving packing list details.
d) Preparing draft documents for confirmation by the customer.
e) Preparing other relevant documents based on contract terms.
f) Verifying the details in Letter of Credit.
g) Submitting bank documentation for negotiation.
h) Processing sales recognition upon receiving complete installation report from customers.
i) Alerting shipment delays and arranging alternative delivery dates whenever required.
j) Monitoring and following up on packing and shipment.
2. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
2. At least two years of experience working in shipping documentation preferred.
3. Enthusiastic fresh graduates with a passion for a career in supply chain management are encouraged to apply.
4. Possession of excellent organization skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill are highly desirable.
6. Good grasp of MS Office 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Words, Excel.
