Leading a remote regional team, you will implement and manage 360 media plans that will support our clients in reaching their consumers and business goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor plan execution and serves as first point of contact to raise and resolve any identified issues/discrepancies
• Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and align with clients’ objectives.
• Generate media insights using various data sources and crafts strategic POV based on data for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers and experiences
• Serve as first level coach and supervisor for the team to support their knowledge of agency, client, vendor and industry basics as well as their overall skill development in the execution or monitoring of experience plans.
• Work with Planner to ensure accurate and timely invoicing (e.g. regular review of unbilled reports, resolve unbilled cases with Finance).

The Media Executive will be assisting the Manager on the planning, coordination and implementation of programmatic and social campaigns for key accounts. You will help ensure that best practices are enforced in campaign delivery. 

Expectations of a Media Executive:

Planning

• Assist the Manager to manage channel/ platform recommendations and coordinate campaign assets delivery

• Events and Marketing. To work closely with the team to conceptualize and manage events marketing using both traditional and new media channels. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or similar are advantageous.
• Due to work pass quota limits, this role is only open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents applicants.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 5,000 to SGD 7,000 per month for a driven candidate plus up to three month's bonus salary.
