This individual should have the right mix of digital content development, design, communications and knowledge/project management skills to develop and drive business content, strategy and operations in support of Visa’s Advisory business, one of Visa’s critical Value Added Services.

Main Responsibilities

As a Media Planner, you will be responsible to support your Manager in digital media planning and buying, including:

Planning

• Engage clients on day to day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels.

Buying

• Negotiate with media owners for better rates and value adds;
• Book ads – both managed service and self-service across various platforms;

• Digital ad ops (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tagging of ads and client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing);
• Global ops (adhering and following globally set parameters and campaign execution processes while also guiding others);
• Oversee all performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc.);
• Monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.

You will be the key stakeholder in building strong partner-relationship with clients through a thorough understanding of the business environment and of the media landscape. Leading a remote regional team, you will implement and manage 360 media plans that will support our clients in reaching their consumers and business goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Finds the creative message as crucial to the communications journey and is able to make recommendations along with the creative hub inhouse that increases the chances of better leads and conversions
• Monitor plan execution and serves as first point of contact to raise and resolve any identified issues/discrepancies
• Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and align with clients’ objectives.
• Generate media insights using various data sources and crafts strategic POV based on data for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers and experiences
• Serve as first level coach and supervisor for the team to support their knowledge of agency, client, vendor and industry basics as well as their overall skill development in the execution or monitoring of experience plans.
• Work with Planner to ensure accurate and timely invoicing (e.g. regular review of unbilled reports, resolve unbilled cases with Finance).
