· Conduct quantity take off, price, forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project

· Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities

· Prepare forecast for monthly subcontractors payments

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

· At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience

· At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred

Responsibilities:

• Able to manage full spectrum of the accounting function in the company
• To lead and manage in the preparation, checking and processing of invoices, delivery orders, trade documents, payments etc
• To ensure timely closing of full set of accounts and preparation of financial statements and related management reports
• To prepare GST and taxation returns
• Coordinate and handle any inter-company billing and reconciliations
• To oversee the yearly audit and preparation of statutory financial statements
• To manage administration functions like timesheet management, expense claims management, requisition purchasing, insurance, licensing, company secretarial services, loans, treasury, legal contracts related activities etc
• To liaise with banks, auditors, corporate secretary, insurance companies, CPF & IRAS as appropriate
• To support HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, work pass application, leaves management, maintain employees’ record and doing up HR-related letters and other correspondences
• Other finance and administration duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years relevant experience in handling full set financial accounting experience
• Meticulous, efficient, responsible and a team player
• Able to work under minimum supervision in a fast moving environment
• Experience in SAGE Accpac accounting software preferred
