RESPONSIBILITIES

The role provides the opportunity for an individual with strong passion in pursuing a HR career.  The primary function is to support the Direct (Technicians) & Indirect (Engineers) levels Recruitment, Permit Processes and daily support to employee’s queries.  Further responsibilities in reporting, presentations, engagement projects will also be provided once the incumbent is well trained on the basics.

• Quality & Service Level

Accuracy of information and data, and documentations is necessary in all assigned work and projects. Good follow-up with departments requests is expected to be done without reminders. Ensure changes are communicated and implemented accurately across to respective departments. The Key Performance Indicator is 100% accuracy.

• Engagement

Assist in planning and execution in engagement activities as decided by management. Employee is expected to pro-actively recommend and initiate activities to strengthen engagement within all levels of employees. The Key Performance Indicator is completion of each planned engagement activities.

• Delivery – Recruitment, Employee Issues resolution, Work passes

KPIs include: Meet time-line for recruitment needs, resolve employee issues within 5 working days, and no lapse in follow-up of work passes renewal

• Training / Coaching.

Participate in Orientation training, coach employees to seek for data in Prosoft, and address any queries employees has. The Key Performance Indicator is the successful addressing of all issues.

• Professionalism and Ethics.

Work professionally with the highest integrity and ethics in all work. Highlight issues which violates employment act to the management. Always ensure critical decisions made such as termination, dismissal, are done with consultation from HR management team and the affected department heads. The Key Performance indicator is the adherence to the government regulations and internal guidelines and policies.

Projects may include Work productivity and automation cycle time improvement, process improvement, cost improvement as decided and set by Senior management team. 

• Minimum diploma level with 5 years Human Resources working experience.

Role Summary for Administrative Specialist:

Location: Tuas, contract term.

Being responsible for coordination administrative progress of Field Service Engineers (BH, OEM, supplier) mobilization to Bacalhau FPSO site, ensuring people receive the access as per site procedure and in compliance with visa process and HSE standards. Submission of projects reports (daily, weekly, time sheets) under guidance of Installation and / or Site Manager.

Coordinating with Site Team and Customer to ensure time sheets are submitted on-time in accordance with contractual terms and conditions while maximizing revenue, minimizing cost, and optimizing the timing of cash collection.

Interacting with Customer to assure smooth handling correspondence, providing regular updates, ensuring scheduling and execution of assigned project. Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.

Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Coordinate the preparation and submission of every timesheet to Customer under guidance of the Site Manager
2. Monitor the total hours billable on weekly basis, for both BH FSE’s & Subcontractors/OEM’s under the guidance of the Site Manager
3. Prepare the daily reports for GTCC (Gas Turbine Combined Cycle) plant & EMCC (Electrical Motor Centrifugal Compressors)
4. Prepare the weekly reports for GTCC (Gas Turbine Combined Cycle) plant & EMCC (Electrical Motor Centrifugal Compressors)
5. Support Entry procedure for each new FSE mobilized on site.
6. Other tasks that will be given based on project workload to support the team.

As a DevOps Specialist, you will be responsible for:

· Review the DevOps practices for selected systems.

· Develop automation, processes, and practices to enable teams to deploy, manage scale and monitor their applications in OnPremise DC and in commercial cloud.

· Define monitoring tools of infrastructure performance, utilization and health.

· Review configuration management system for business continuity management and automate disaster recovery measures

Experience and skills needed

As a DevOps Specialist, you need to bring to the team:

· Passion for automation, standardization and best practices

· Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

· Experience working with high availability, high performance, high security, multi-data center systems and hybrid cloud environments

· Demonstrable skills in three or more programing/scripting languages

· Experience with version control systems such as Git

· Experience with such as GCC (i.e. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and On premise systems

· Ability to troubleshoot complex issues ranging from system resource to application stack traces

· Comfortable with Agile methodologies and working closely with product development teams

· Strong on collaboration and communication including documentation

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

System Automation Specialist

• Passion in driving for DevSecOps (and/or DevOps) transformation
• Experience in one or more automated provisioning tools such as IAC, Vagrant, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform
• Experience in one or more automated infrastructure testing tools such as Serverspec
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, system backup and restore.
• Experience in one or more virtualization technologies (KVM, Xen, VMware, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, EKS, ECS, Fargate LXC
• Experience with Source Code Review in an enterprise setting
• Experience with DevOps toolset like JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence
• Worked for an organization which succeeded DevSecOps transformation.

1. Compile quality metric data required for management reporting and prepare sections of quality metric reports.
2. SOP writing and issuance for site qualification and validation project as and when needed.
3. Identify deviations and potential risks in manufacturing systems, processes and methods, and their possible causes.
4. Implement validation processes to review systems, methods and processes utilised in manufacturing facilities.
5. Access impact to validation for changes that occur during the project and define appropriate validation requirements and approach to meet these requirements.
6. Identify potential compliance risk and gaps and recommend improvements.
7. Review and approve the validation deliverables related to Facility/Utilities/equipment, computerized system (automation) as well as laboratory equipment/system, further to ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements and cGMP expectations and meeting project schedule.
8. Handling site change control and deviation with other counterpart to meet the project timeline.
9. Ensure compliance of site Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• More than 5 years in a Bio-Lifescience environment, candidate with MNC, Large Organizations or GMP experience will have an advantage.
• Working understanding of Lab/GMP Operations, QC, QA, Process Development, Supply Chain and related functions.
• Involvement in setting up New Site and/or Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Foundational understanding of ICH Q7,Q8, Q9, FDA 21 CFR, Eudralex, PIC/S cGMP guideline.
• Applicant with knowledge in supply management and vendor management will have an advantage.
