Responsibilities:

Handle multiple requests for the localisation of in-game texts, mainly from Traditional and Simplified Chinese to English.

Collaborate with external vendors for the localisation of other language pairs, as well as proofreading of existing localisation work.

Optimise existing in-game texts for all languages, and work with product managers to fine tune content.

Conduct LQA tests for all in-game text, check and correct localisation errors, context mismatches, and text overflow issues.

Provide translation support for other departments, such as the HR team.

In all localisation and proofreading work, ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that satisfies project requirements.

Requirements:

Excellent bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English. Able to work in an all-Chinese speaking team.

Bachelor degree and above in Linguistics related subjects is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• HR Technology Projects
  • Work closely across internal HR teams and IT team to gather and document business requirements, analyse business processes and data to identify opportunities for technology improvements.
  • Work with external vendor to define the functional design (i.e., business requirements, workflow, system access) and solutioning to implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform impact analysis and estimate effort/cost required which includes identifying scope/approach for data migration with the business users.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and provide support for the department suite of HR solutions e.g., SAP HR ECC, SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment, Performance Management, Succession, Compensation, Learning, EC Payroll, 3rd party tools such as Glint, Chronus, SharePoint, Content Management System, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, etc.
  • Prepare the user cases with business users for user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct UAT together with the users prior to signoff and deployment.
  • Deploy solution following established processes and methodology.
• HR Technology Operations
  • Be the functional administrator to configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules not limited to functional objects maintenance, business rules, process workflow, role-based permissions etc. This will include managing all user access maintenance for staff and faculty e.g., user roles in SAP SuccessFactors, Qliksense, Electronic Document Management System, any other 3rd party system.
  • Provide ongoing support to HR staff and other users, addressing any questions or concerns about the system; a point of contact for resolving technical issues related to the various HR solutions in place.
  • Create and maintain system documentation across all internal HR portals and HR tech platforms, including employee directories, user guides, policies, and processes, to enhance the self-service capabilities.
  • Develop training materials, conduct training sessions for users on the use of HR technology platform.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, user guide, FAQs where necessary to support end-users to navigate the system effectively.
• Data Management
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data through regular audits, data validation.
  • Develop and generate ad-hoc reports, stories to meet the needs of HR and other departments.
  • Work with different teams to understand their data needs, developing data collection strategies and ensure Employee Central as the system of record to optimize efficiency and data quality
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and design HR dashboards that provide real-time insights into key HR metrics.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, workflow and improve user experience through technology enhancement/automation.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements, new releases from SAP and work with vendors to implement new features.
  • Stay updated on latest trends, technology, and best practices to ensure the HR service delivery will be at the optimal level.

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of experience in HR technology management and system administration, or system implementation of HR technology software or related roles, with at least 3 years in planning, project managing and executing SAP SuccessFactors project.
• SAP Certifications.
• In-depth knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors modules EC / ECP / RCM / ONB / PMGM / CMP / S&D.
• Expert proficiency in configuration, application, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably certification in SAP Employee Central and EC Payroll.

• Primarily responsible for the administration of the Staff/Faculty and Student Intranet Portals running on SharePoint Online and other supporting platforms such as the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud Services and third party components.
• Develop, configure, implement and maintain applications and sites within the SharePoint environment and the Power Platform to support user and business requirements.
