SERVICE SALES

· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;

· Ensure timely billing for service job completed within 3 working days through ESOS to customers;

SERVICE OPS.

· Responsible for updates of daily Technician Schedules, including breakdown calls, maintenance, load tests, visual inspection, etc to ESOS.

· To conduct morning briefing with Technicians on ensuring their awareness of the job schedule for the day itself;

· To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;

· Work closely with Supervisor on assigning right team for jobs;

· Ensure timely deliveries, right quality and quantity of parts to Customers;

· To ensure electrical jobs under projects are completed on time by Technicians;

· Responsible for maintenance of Equipment List and update of all relevant parts details on regular basis;

· To ensure Technicians are always in proper and clean overalls;

· To check on proper housekeeping at the Service Area, Electrical room, truck cleanliness;

· To ensure tools in toolboxes, tools in tool bags, full PPE of technicians, stocks in trucks are checked on a weekly basis;

OTHERS

• Either assists Foodservice Manager or is fully in-charge of the day-to-day operation of the contract site.
• Attend client's feedback meetings with relevant site personnel to address all concerns and issues relating to the operation.
• Provide the highest standard in food service at the contract site assigned to him/her and to optimize profits through astute management of human resources, food cost and other expenses.
• Organize and plan menu, production, manpower schedules (including managing purchasing functions) and ensure compliance to weekly meal forecast.
• Ensure high standard of professionalism and image in the day-to-day operation of business.
• Oversee and provide hands-on management in all aspects of operations not limited to only foodservice.
• Recruit, train, supervise and discipline employees and recommend the hiring / firing to General Manager or Operations Manager.
• Conduct employees? orientation, training and evaluation on-site.
• Record and update Logbook daily for review by the Foodservice Manager or Operations Manager.
• Conduct daily spot checks on taste, presentation and service procedures to ensure compliance to high standards expected at all times.
• Manage, direct and upgrade the standards of existing staff and to bring them to a higher level in all aspects of work.
• Plan, organize and execute all on-site catering activities including but not limited special social events, functions, luncheon talks and term-end dinner.
• Standardize operations, methods, system, procedures and reinforce consistency in conduct and discipline.
• Motivate and enhance staff morale by providing leadership and guidance to the team under his/her charge.
• Practice high standard of integrity. Continually monitor suppliers? performance to ensure best value in relation to quality.
• Monitor all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and ensure compliance to ENV regulations governing cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms and stores to comply with ISS standards and government legislation.
• Develop good working relationships with clients and to ensure satisfaction with our service, commitment to our long-term presence and the further extension of our business.
• Coordinate and execute all special menus and festive sales as and when required.
• Ensure accuracy of daily sales revenue and ensure timely submission of all daily sales report and month-end financial and administrative report.
• Ensure all documentation for employees? timesheets are processed and submitted to Payroll Section completely, correctly and promptly.?Take all the necessary actions and precautions to ensure there are no employment of illegal foreign workers on site at all times.
• Executive shall be fully responsible for the contract site in the absence of a Foodservice Manager.
• Undertake and duties and projects as instructed by his/her Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to liaise with all employees.
• Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill.

Requirements

• A Polytechnic Diploma.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel and Word) as well as different communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.

• To ensure all function rooms are well set up in accordance to Banquet Event Order.
• Responsible for smooth operations of the events and achieve high level of guests satisfaction.
• Supervise and ensure cleanliness of the area including back areas.
