Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities:

• Establish security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards (eg. CCoP, IM8, ISO27001, NIST, IEC 62443)
• Oversee incident response, investigate breaches, and lead post-incident analysis
• Manage the design and deployment of security solutions (firewall, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
• Ensure security integration across sftware and infrastructure development
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee third-party vendor security assessment
• Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends and continuously enhance security infrastructure

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Security or related fields
• Certification in CISSP, CISM preferred
• 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in a project management
• Expertise in network security, encryption, and security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall)
• Familiar with security frameworks and secure software development
• Experience in managing large-scale OT/CII security projects and familiarity with emerging technologies like PAM, MFA, and zero trust architecture
