KidSTART@NUH is a government-led initiative which seeks to provide support services to vulnerable pregnant mothers. This program has been highly successful in helping underprivileged pregnant mothers deliver a healthy baby and to ensure that the newborn gets the best start in life. Through home visits, the program actively engages families, social/community partners and government agencies to provide systematic, integrated and holistic support. The Patient Service Associate role is to provide support in outreach efforts to engage and to recruit new families to join the KidSTART@NUH Merged Home Visitation Programme. Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Director of Villa Services will be responsible for overseeing the Butler, Guest Experiences and Housekeeping operations in creating a seamless and delightful stay experiences for the guests.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Lead major strategic corporate real estate initiatives and associated transactions in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), and India, including purchases, new leases, renewals, subleases, sales, new business integrations, etc.
• Manage all transaction activities in Southeast Asia, ANZ and India, including leading broker interview and selection, managing site search and coordinating site evaluation with internal stakeholder groups (e.g. Engineering, Legal, Security, Technology, etc.), negotiating deal terms, managing relationships with landlords in buildings occupied by Goldman Sachs

As a self-motivated and results-driven professional, you will be tasked with managing a team of two employees and report to the Acting COO and CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement an annual fundraising and partnership strategy aligned with SAM’s vision and goals.
• Identify potential new partners and establish relations with corporate organizations and benefactors to support SAM through corporate giving, in-kind sponsorship, individual giving and legacy schemes.
• Foster and maintain relationships with current donors to steward, retain and steer them to the next level of giving.
